Some people show love with words. I show it with baked goods. Naim is rooted in my last name, Naimi, a Persian name connected to my Middle Eastern roots and the culture I grew up in. But in Hebrew, “naim” means nice or pleasant, and that meaning became the heart of everything I wanted my bakery to feel like.

Inspired by Middle Eastern flavors, every item is made with thoughtful details, quality ingredients, and the belief that people can taste when something is made with care.

What began as a cottage bakery in 2020 has since grown, popping up in cafés across Los Angeles.
